Two Degrees makes meeting new people fun, and gives exclusive access to deals in the area
based on who they know. The patented technology creates new relationships for the users using
geo-location and phone contacts.
To have a successful presence in the market, Two Degrees must make sure its users are sticking
to their application and finding friends and their location based deals.
BUSINESS GOALS
• Create a strong user base who can find common
friends in a given area basing the friends on Facebook
and also explore local deals.

There is a decline in the number of active users and this has to be addressed to keep the
users abreast of their friends’ activity, and the new deals added.
